Aurora HXAM-T High Misalignment Rod Ends are built to last and feature 4340 steel, heat treated body, 4130 steel heat treated race, and alloy steel heat treated ball. Body and race have protective coating for corrosion resistance, and ball is hard chrome plated.
PTFE liner (AT-3200) is permanently bonded to race inside diameter. Qualified to SAE AS81820. HXAM-T rod ends are engineered to be a strong, durable rod end and are popular choice for use as steering tie rod ends on most race buggies.
