DZUS Fastners
Available in Flush Head, Oval Head, or Self-Eject styles, and slotted for DZUS tool, Allen Head, or Winged Style for easy removal without tools.
Generally speaking we suggest using Flush Head Style for aluminum or steel body panels, and Oval Hesd or Self-Eject Style for fiberglass.
Spring selection: We suggest using Flat Springs (.300 height) for fiberglass, and Raised Springs (.425 height) for thinner material such as aluminum or steel body panels.
All springs are 1-3/8" except for 1" versions for use with 5/16" fastners
We now offer a Panel Doubler to prevent elongation of the DZUS Button hole in body panels. Sold in packs of 20
We also have Pop Rivets for attatching DZUS Springs Sold in packs of 25
